Additional information:

12-15 km medium difficulty hike , approx. 1300 m elevation height This trip is recommended for the hikers that are not for the first time on a mountain and have a bit of experience on how to approach various terrains . Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level .

Mandatory gear:

Hiking boots and clothes that suits the outside weather, back packs, rain coat, small snack, 2 L of water

Recommended gear:

Hat, sun cream, ticks spray , hiking sticks

Piatra Craiului Trips – Schedule:

Pick up time is at 8:30 A.M. from your accommodation in Brasov. Driving to Piatra Craiului National Park will take around 1 hour. Right after we arrive, we start with a 2-3 hours hike. For our lunch break you can chose to try some local foods at Curmatura Cottage or bring with your some snacks and sandwiches. After lunch we will descend through the Prapastiile Zarnestilor Canyon. Return in Brasov will be around 5-6 P.M.
